DELIVERY QUESTIONS

If ordering frozen food we would always recommend for you to be in for delivery, however we know this simply isn’t always possible. 

We do require you to provide us with a safe place for us to leave your order (you’ll be asked when you checkout an order).

We cannot guarantee a delivery time but we can message you when were on our way. 

If you’re going to be out please leave us a cool box or bag, so we can place your order somewhere safe.

Delivery is free for orders over £45 or just £2.50 for orders under that.

There is a minimum order of £25 for deliveries.

RAW FOOD QUESTIONS

No they are not. Dogs have the correct heads and dentition along with digestive systems to chew and digest bone very easily.

You’ve obviously bot met Enzo! This is just myth and is simply not true.

Raw bones are actually very soft and are easily broken up by chewing. Cooked bones should NEVER be given to pets. Cooking dries bones out and makes them brittle.

As with any raw meat, it’s sensible that good hygiene should be observed – wash hands and surfaces after handling.
